In the mood for a more royal attraction? ‘Iolani Palace may be a good choice. The only royal residence in the United States, this mansion was the home of two Hawaiian monarchs before the islands became an American colony. The 10.6 acre abode is now a museum and, like Aloha Tower, a beautiful demonstration of Hawaiian architecture.
If you’re into shopping, the Ala Moana Center has 87 stores and 4,000 parking places. It also has one of the best amphitheaters in the state and a hub for TheBus, Honolulu’s mass transit service. These attractions and more are waiting for you!
